Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of BrandCopySystems ("the Company"), you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all copywriting, content strategy, and promotional material services provided from our office at Plaza de Espana 5, 07002 Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
2. Scope of Services
BrandCopySystems provides professional copywriting services including, but not limited to: website copy, landing pages, email marketing sequences, SEO content strategy, product descriptions, social media copy, ad copy, brand messaging frameworks, and sales page copy. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be defined in a written proposal or statement of work accepted by the Client.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are exclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are as follows:
- 50% deposit required upon project confirmation
- Remaining 50% due upon delivery of final copy
- Payments not received within 14 days of the invoice date will incur a late fee of 2% per month
4. Project Delivery
Delivery timelines provided in our proposals are estimates. BrandCopySystems will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed deadlines. Delays caused by the Client (e.g., late feedback, missing brief materials) will extend the delivery timeline proportionally.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all final copy and deliverables become the intellectual property of the Client. BrandCopySystems retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the Client objects in writing prior to project commencement.
6. Revisions
Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revision rounds will be billed at €75 per hour. Revision requests must be consolidated and submitted in a single communication to ensure efficiency.
7. Confidentiality
BrandCopySystems will treat all business information, strategies, and materials shared by the Client as strictly confidential. We will not disclose, share, or use this information for any purpose other than executing the agreed services.
8. Limitation of Liability
BrandCopySystems' total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or profits.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain.
Refund & Reimbursement Policy

1. General Refund Policy
At BrandCopySystems, we are committed to delivering high-quality copywriting services. If you are not satisfied with our work, we offer the following refund provisions in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations and Spanish commercial law.
2. Deposit Refunds
The initial 50% deposit is refundable if the project has not yet commenced. A refund request must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of payment. Once work has begun on the project, the deposit becomes non-refundable as it covers initial research, strategy, and resource allocation.
3. Partial Refunds
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced but before final delivery, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed. The refund calculation is as follows:
- Less than 25% completed: 75% refund of total project fee
- 25–50% completed: 50% refund of total project fee
- 50–75% completed: 25% refund of total project fee
- More than 75% completed: No refund (final delivery will be provided)
4. Full Refunds
A full refund of all payments made will be issued if:
- BrandCopySystems fails to deliver the agreed deliverables within 30 days of the original deadline (excluding Client-caused delays)
- The delivered work is materially different from the agreed scope and cannot be reasonably revised to meet requirements
5. Revision Policy
Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional cost. We strongly encourage Clients to provide consolidated feedback during revision rounds to ensure alignment with expectations. If revisions are required due to a change in the original brief, additional fees may apply.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with:
- Your full name and project reference number
- Reason for the refund request
- Supporting details or documentation
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
7. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Consumers may also have additional rights under applicable local consumer protection legislation. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain.
